🚨 TONIGHT AT GRATA’S 🚨

The HighJack Burger returns tonight starting at 5pm… but that’s not all.

Chef Ben Garwood cooked up a one-night pizza special inspired by the same wild flavor profile — featuring gouda, pickled jalapeños, chicken, strawberry jam, and a cool ranch Dorito crema that somehow comes together into something ridiculously balanced, smoky, spicy, sweet, and honestly kinda elegant.

It’s one of those flavor combinations that sounds chaotic on paper but absolutely works once it hits your mouth.

Come grab a burger, a pizza, or both before we sell out.

We are back!!

The HIGHJACK REDO is happening this Monday, May 18th after our original April 20th event got rained out.

We’ll be back at Grata’s Pizzeria on South Lamar from 5PM until sold out serving up a night of smash burgers, including the return of the HIGHJACK.

This one is happening rain or shine, so bring your appetite.

You don’t want to miss this ridiculously over-the-top burger special.
