You might work 1 event, it could be 10, but you will have fun. You’ll train with me at one event, after that your next event you are solo.

Last year we sold a little over 22k churros. Will we beat it this year?

We’ve done 1000 churro deliveries before, but it’s always been in stages, 300 at 7, 400 at 9, 300 at 11. This is our first time 1200 all at once. I wish we had fried them on site. We were frying 200 churros in about 23 minutes give or take. If you plan it right, have everything and more ready before the date, there’s nothing you can’t accomplish.

Client says we crushed it. Next time we will make them there to make everything easier. My Burro Prius stinks of cinnamon sugar. 2 hours 20 minutes to fry them all. $3 per churro, 24 bottles of Dulce, milk chocolate and Nutella for this one. 25 pounds of sugar!
