A few thing about me. I have anxiety and often disassociate. I’ve spent my lifetime battling body dysmorphia and in my teenage years was bulimic and anorexic. I’m a recovering
alcoholic, 9 years. I’m a su***de survivor and also the mother of a child who died from su***de. Imposter syndrome is very real for me.

I am a Mom to two other sons who are alive but have mental health issues, which I can proudly say they recognize and work on daily. I have an amazing granddaughter who loves to “write music”, she’s eight, and she’s loves to draw. I have two dogs, one is a rescue. I’m an accountant, chef, mental health advocate, a serial entrepreneur, a runner, and I love all kinds of live music. I am curious AF, filled with wonder and most days joy. I’m 59 and single, i live in the great city of Austin Texas, and I’m crazy about Texas BBQ.

In other words I’m just like you, a sufferer but also a survivor.

My new favorite yogurt jam. is located in Dallas, Texas but can be purchased and here in Austin.

It’s super fresh, eat it fast …(not a problem) and Coconut is my favorite flavor. It has a luxurious mouth feel and is lightly sweetened. The whole container is under 300 calories which also makes me happy.

And for the health of it, it’s chock full of probiotics, if you’re into that sort of thing. Which I am 🤙🏼

TEST BATCH My partner Pitmaster Ted got a wild hair today and decided to whip up some smoked chicken green chili enchiladas with chicken he smoked on Saturday. He didn’t have a recipe, but I we do now! WOW!!! But you know what....I would LOVE to cook it in a smoker. I bet that would be LIGHTS OUT! Finish it with a drizzle of Texas white sauce, a little chopped cilantro, and an avocado fan. Oh lawd!!! 🔥🔥🔥 Drop a 🤟🏽 if you want some! .
