Shop artisan, hand-crafted items, delicious baked goods and honey, and more! All made locally and sustainably by your own neighbors, friends and fellow coffee lovers. Civil Goat and are teaming up for a special Mother’s Day collab tomorrow, Sunday, 8:30AM, at our Cuernavaca location. Ivy Sage will have a gorgeous display of floral arrangements at Civil Goat, which will available for purchase. We’re hosting a pop-up farmers market at Civil Goat Coffee (704 Cuernavaca Dr.) on Saturday, June 6th from 8–10AM ☕✨ — and we want YOU to be part of it.
Whether you’re slinging fresh produce, sourdough loaves, small-batch jams, hand-poured candles, ceramics, flowers, baked goods, or anything beautifully handmade, we’d love to see your booth set up alongside our morning coffee crowd.

Mingle with fellow book lovers at our Book Club Singles Mixer, where you can chat about your favorite reads over drinks and light snacks

Every book club in Austin collides in this singles mixer for Austin literati looking for love and friendship.

Bring your book!

Your favorite book. Your least favorite book. Or just the one you're currently reading.

Attendees are invited to drop their books in a box as they enter. The night begins with a "wearing-glasses-but-not-totally-blind dating round" where a single book will be placed at different tables and attendees are invited to sit at the table with the book that piques their interest and get to know the reader over drinks and light snacks (tables will reshuffle approx. every 15 min).

We end the night with a casual hang at the bar, where you can chat with other like minded book lovers over the books that they've brought to the event or anything else.

Come out to Civil Goat Coffee Co. on East 6th Street and find your new reading buddy (and maybe more ;))

Happening on December 2nd, from 6-8pm, with a dance floor set up in our front patio at 2000 East 6th St.

💃🏼Competition from 7pm-7:45pm

$5 buy in for competitors at the door. Bring your favorite partner or simply show up and find someone to link with to compete with when you arrive! 3 guest judges. 3 songs. 1 winning dance couple.

We have some very exciting news for you guys! We will now open our east 6th St. location for evening hours!

Starting this week, we are introducing wine service, beer on tap, and a small dining menu to go with!

Every week:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday- we will remain open until 8pm, with exciting community gatherings and small activations in our cozy little shop.

First event on the books is our poetry writers workshop, followed by open mic! Your host, Hank Brand will offer creative prompts, and set the tone for an interactive hour of brainstorming. Stick around to share what you wrote, or hang out for a glass or two.

First the first time in a while, we are the new kids on the block again- right in the heart of the city that we call home.

We are celebrating new beginnings, at our new shop location at 2000 E 6th St.,
and y’all are invited to come party with us!

On Saturday, September 27th, from 3pm-7pm, we are hosting our grand opening event, filled with art and vintage vendors, tarot cards reading, live DJ spins, and yes… the rumors are true- our mascot goats (Butters and Norm) will be hanging out on site too!

Come hungry and thirty, because we have wine tastings from our amazing rep’s at wines, and new menu roll outs, plated as hors d’oeuvres for all who stop in.

Beer and wine sold at our new bar, featuring , merch raffles, and more.

Make sure to scoot over before our açaí bites for the first 50 guests runs out! But if you’re a bit tardy, have no fear: we’ll have other snacks on the menu to cool you down like affogato.

Whether you’re a long time customer, or a new face to us in the hood, come check out the new digs- we can’t wait to make some new memories and friends.
