Another new item for the fair this season…..AFFOGATOS!!!! Silky smooth soft serve with freshly drawn espresso. Available in original or any combination of our latte flavors, we can your drink fresh to order. The more you shake the can the more blended your drink will be. Or, pop the top and eat it with a spoon. Delicious either way!

We don’t get to do many events in town so we are super excited for fair week. Each day, until the fair begins, I’ll be featuring one of our new items, or one of our signature favorites.

First new item are the Flavor Burst Push Pops. So much easier for the kiddos to eat than traditional cones, we offer 5 fun flavors, made in house daily. Same concept as the orange push pops you grew up on, but a twist the kids love!

We are having an absolute blast at the Waseca County Free Fair this week. I’m thinking we are going to roll out a fun new item to add to the lineup for the rest of the week. Stop by and say “Hi”!! Full coffee bar, flavored lemonades, Refreshers, beignets, macarons, build your own cakes/sundaes, push pops, ice cream nachos, extreme sundaes, ice cream nachos, loaded cheesecake……yummmmyyyy!!!!

Big thanks goes out to the wonderful fairboard and staff at the Cannon Valley Fair. The heat and rain made for a challenging week, but they were all so positive and helpful. We had a great time with our vendor friends too! Thanks for having us!

IYKYK! Exclusively for the Cannon Valley Fair, a secret menu item! Just Take the Cake Too….the extreme with our secret extreme cake sundae! A couple of examples are the Blue Goo Party bowl (layered vanilla bean cake with icing, blue goo flavor burst ice cream, waffle chips, fruity pebbles, magic marshmallows, whipped cream and a cherry) and the S’more cake please! (Layered chocolate cake and chocolate icing, chocolate flavor burst, waffle chips, mini marshmallows, marshmallow cream, and chocolate, topped with whipped and a cherry! Just Take the Cake
