Olamaie is the first name of five generations of women in Executive Chef Michael Fojtasek’s family. His mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother and now his daughter all honor the name with their shared patience, acceptance of others, boundless love, and soulful allegiance to food.

Austin, we love you. Thank you for sending us off in a big way. We’re delighted to see as many of you as we can!

At the moment, we’re fully booked for reservations. BUT, we have a waitlist on OpenTable. There is limited seating available at the bar nightly. We just can’t make any promises. Biscuit production is reserved for seated guests. So sorry. No to-go biscuits.

Thank you! Y’all are really showing up. It will be a lasting memory for all of us.

Our twelve year run at Olamaie is coming to an end on July 19th.

It’s impossible to find the words to convey the sentiments related to closing a restaurant that has meant so much. Gratitude is the feeling that comes forward overwhelmingly.

Thanks to our guests and community for the opportunity to celebrate with you. It’s been an honor to be trusted with life’s best moments.

Thanks to all of our staff current and former. Without your brilliance, none of this would have been possible.

We’re proud to have been given the confidence of our purveyors to represent their products the best we can.

Our mission has always been to offer excellence through our warmth. We’re proud of what we have accomplished.

We’ll be here doing our thing for a couple more weeks. It would be lovely to see y’all so we can say thanks one last time.

We will be closed for our summer break June 28th - July 7th. Back to biscuits as usual on July 8th! We have a lot of exciting things we are working on and we can’t wait to share them with you all.

Biscuits just got better??

Join us at The Biscuit Bar, Wednesday-Sunday where we have perfectly curated bites and snacks to go along side those fluffy pillows of buttery goodness! No reservations required, only at the bar and patio. See you soon!

Tomorrow, Thursday 4/9 we will be closed for a private event.
So we are moving our batter fried chicken night to Friday 4/10! Join us on the bar or patio for our biscuit bar menu as well as fried chicken all night long!
