Due to the Coronavirus situation, we are currently out of stock on numerous items. Furthermore, our typical standard delivery option of USPS Priority Mail (typically 2-3 days) is now taking 3-4 days, if not longer. We are hoping to have the store re-opened by early to mid May, and will be only offering UPS Next Day air and UPS 2 Day air as guaranteed shipping options until everything gets back to normal. USPS Priority mail will still be an option, however it won't be guaranteed or refundable due to transit issues. Congrats to our friends at for being featured in 🥳 They shared their Beef & Broccoli dish recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
-1 cup light soy sauce
-6 tbsp packed brown sugar
-2 tbsp minced garlic
-vegan beef from (check our online shop!)
-2 cups broccoli
-1 cup sliced shallots

INSTRUCTIONS:
1)Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger together. Set aside. This will be your sauce.
2) Heat up your wok or large pan with some oil. Add in the shallots and cook for 2-3 minutes or until translucent.
3) Toss in your broccoli for a few minutes with 2-3 Tbsp of water to quickly cook before adding beef.
4) Add the beef and sauce, stir around. Add cornstarch slurry to thicken sauce. (Cornstarch slurry: 2 tsp cornstarch plus 3 or 4 tsp water)
5) Take off heat. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Serve with rice.
