Austin, we could use a little love. ❤️🤘

Two weeks ago, the City of Austin and Austin Energy disconnected our power at Gnar Bar on East 6th Street. We had to replace the entire power service—an incredibly expensive project that’s left us with significant debt and lost sales.

It’s been a tough stretch, and your support would mean everything to us.

I'm definitely put on 10 pounds since Friday from the stress. ⚡️ GNAR BAR UPDATE — WE’LL BE BACK! ⚡️

Well… this wasn’t exactly on the weekend schedule. 😂

A local city dump truck smashed into our power meter, forcing Gnar Bar to completely redo our electrical power service. Because of the damage, we’ve unfortunately been closed since Friday.

But don’t worry — GNAR BAR ISN’T GOING ANYWHERE. 🤘🍻

We’re working hard to get the power back on and the doors OPEN so we can get back to what we do best:

🤘 And GOOD TIMES in Austin, Texas!

We appreciate everyone’s patience and support while we get everything repaired and safely powered back up.
