The ATX Coffee Bike rode into Wanderlust on Shady Lane for the SOLD OUT Coffee & Matcha Experience. We gave well over 100 samples! It’s so much fun sharing what we’ve built with the bike, and our cold brew, chai, and housemade syrups.

Incredible place, incredible crowd, and incredible people who did the work to make it happen. Shoutout to the other vendors and Joyce Joyce | Plan & Play Events ATX for creating such a memorable experience.

Café-quality lattes, minus the coffee run.

Dark Chocolate Sea Salt. Brown Butter Toffee. Bourbon Vanilla. Three of our core cold brew lattes all built the slow way. Beans steeped for 24 hours, syrups made from scratch in-house, so all you have to do is add milk and watch it marble.

We handle the slow part (the steep, the syrups)  so you get to choose how your morning goes. Grab it on your way out the door, or let it be the reason you sit still for five minutes. Either way, it’s already done right.

One year at Easton Park. 🤎

The first Sunday of every month for the last twelve months, we have been serving coffee and chai lattes at Easton Park. Housemade syrups, slow-steeped cold brew, and a whole lot of familiar faces that have become the best part of our month.

For the last three years, we have started each day with coffee together.

What began with a Keurig turned into exploring coffee shops around Austin, and eventually Tom introduced cold brew into our routine.

With a small cold brew maker, we began experimenting with different beans, one batch at a time (cold brew takes a long time to steep). After working through more than 50 different coffee beans, all with chocolate tasting notes, and refining grind sizes, steep times, and concentrate levels, we landed on what is now our Signature Brew, the foundation of everything we serve.

Behind every small business are the people building it day by day. The Infused Bean has always been a labor of love, and we are excited to share that we are engaged.
