Pro corona tip, make something that can be eaten many different ways. This vegan shashuka was also turned into:
-Pizza sauce and toppings (added a poached egg)
-Added smoked chicken and on top of a starch (like brown rice)
- Added on avocado toast with a poached egg (no you basic)
- stuffed in ravioli
- mixed with eggs and made breakfast tacos
- added chocolate and threw in grilled chicken (kind of a molè)
And now it’s gone.
