My thoughts on truffle oil are mixed but if you must... I recommend Mantova its made with exactly the same chemical essence(crap) as as all the other truffle oils, except its made with extra virgin olive oil and it comes in an aerosol can so it stays fresh for years and you can give things a little truffle spritz! And best of all its only $6.99 a bottle!
