My 8yo might be a genius. We all just left HEB and bought bollilos and kimchi. She hollowed one out, stuffed it full of kimchi, and added sliced kielbasa and bbq beans. Lemme tell ya this slaps so hard.

I have been getting pretty good at making dipping noodles (tsukemen) from ramen packs and gave this premium one a spin. Added dashi salt, furikake, garlic oil, and a splash of vinegar. Used one half the needed water to make the soup. Overall very nice.

Nissin Raoh shoyu is just on another level. $2.88 at HEB and worth every penny.
