Balkan b***o cheese is the finest cheese produced worldwide and is the most expensive, so what better name to represent our brand but the best? From the local artisan bread, Texas small batch cheeses and our custom blended dips, we strive to bring you the best grilled cheese sandwich! Our inventively delicious sandwiches are better than you can even imagine. Try our popular Waylon & Willie: beer b

read, Redneck Cheddar, Gruyere, caramelized onions, pepperoncini with our Spicy Maple Bacon Sauce. Or choose to build your own sandwich with fresh baked breads from Easy Tiger, Texas and Spanish artisan cheeses and one of our signature sauces made in-house. Your choice of our fresh vegetables, fruits and cured meats make perfect additions to any sandwich. But we cannot sell beer out of a trailer, so we give it away! Join us every Friday evening from 6 p.m. until close (or we run out) for beer on us and delicious artisan grilled cheese sandwiches.
