Gloria's Latin Cuisine

10/08/2026

We may never know how many gallons of bean dip and margaritas we’ve served in 40 years, but we do know Gloria’s fans have their favorites 🫘🍹

If you had to choose just one, which are you picking?

40th Anniversary Series | Part 4

Sharing her Latin culture has always been at the heart of what Gloria does, but so has sharing the table 🍽️

Every dish is an opportunity to pass along a tradition, tell a story and welcome someone into the culture she’s so proud to call her own.

This Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re celebrating the connection that happens when good food and a little Salvadoran hospitality bring us together ❤️‍🔥

Gloria’s fans know a good margarita when they see one 😉 There’s a reason ours has been voted Best Margarita year after year.

40 years later, and we all know exactly where to find Gloria: in the kitchen, making sure everything tastes just right ❤️‍🔥

Her passion, care and dedication have been at the heart of Gloria’s from the very beginning. We asked our team what Gloria would do first if she walked through the doors today, and they all had the same answer 🤌

40th Anniversary Series | Part 3

Other words that have a similar effect include “bean dip”, “queso” and “mojitos”. Anyone else have the same thing happen to them? ❤️‍🔥🍹

Gloria’s has always been more than a name ❤️‍🔥

For Gloria, sharing the flavors and traditions of El Salvador has always been a way of sharing a piece of home.

This Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re celebrating the woman, culture and passion that started it all, and who still shows up at the table today ✨🇸🇻
