Our FALL MENU is here.

Four new fall flavors have officially joined the lineup, alongside two of our Signature Creations: The Classic and Blueberry Maze.

That means it’s time to say goodbye (for now) to a few favorites, including Oreo, Strawberry Banana Babe, Patriot, and a few of our toppings.

New season, same handcrafted pancakes in a cup!

Available all fall at JP’s Pancake Company 🥞

Profit Shares are officially back at JP’s!

Some of you may remember our Profit Shares from our West Campus days, and we’re excited to bring them back. Schools, teams, nonprofits, churches, and organizations can partner with JP’s, bring their community together, and earn a percentage of the sales.

Great dessert. Greater impact.

Fun fact: I graduated from Concordia University Texas 🌪️

This morning was a full circle moment as our company got to do an event for them serving over 100 of their faculty and staff. Saw lots of old and new faces! Don’t be a stranger, Concordia University Texas ! Thanks for having us and let’s do this again soon 🥞

FOUR HUNDRED REVIEWS!! Thank you so much everyone.

There’s only one way to eat an elephant… one bite at a time. Looking forward to 500 and our goal is to be at over 1k reviews by the end of 2026!

We’ve served tens of thousands of people over the 8 years we’ve been officially in business and we only have 400 reviews to show for it. I take full responsibility. That’s the reality of this game of being an entrepreneur. Things don’t always come to you. You have to be willing to ask. To make it awkward. To not be scared of rejection. You have to be willing to feel like you’re bugging people. Asking for reviews has gotten less and less weird and cringe. Emotion is removed from it to where I can explain how this 10 second act that the customer will forget soon after will help us out for years to come!

Moral of the story: Ask for what you want! See you at 500!

And as always, if you experienced our pancakes and our following our journey, please leave us a review! https://g.page/r/Cau7J7kISr7rEAE/review

No matter what kind of event you’re planning, we’d love to be a part of it!

From intimate backyard celebrations to festivals with thousands of guests, JP’s Pancake Company was built to serve events of all sizes.

We’ve got you, whether you’re looking for:

🥞 Our food truck
🥞 Live table side catering for indoor or outdoor events
🥞 Drop off catering
🥞 A prepaid event
🥞 or a guest pay event with a minimum

One of my favorite things about what we do is that OUR pancakes in a cup work any time of day. We’re known for our desserts but we’re also good for breakfast meetings and afternoon pick me ups!

We’ve served team appreciations, birthdays, weddings, schools, churches, apartment communities, fundraisers, sporting events, festivals, family gatherings, and just about everything else you can think of.

If you’re planning an event, there’s a good chance we’ve done it, or something like it before. If not, we’d love to make yours the first!

If you’re looking for a high-quality event experience or something a little different for your next event, think JP’s Pancake Company. We’d love to serve you! 🥞

And one favor…

If you know someone who plans events, we’d be incredibly grateful if you’d share this video with them. Better yet, repost it to your story or your page. You never know who might be looking for a caterer, and your share could be the reason they find us.

If you’ve been to one of our events and had a great experience, leave us a review with the link in our bio!

Lastly, If you don’t have an event but want to come have dessert, visit us Thursday-Sunday, 5PM-10PM 📍12005 US-290, Austin, TX, 78737
