At The Russian House NaZdorovye, we offer the finest authentic dishes prepared by our award- winning executive chef Vladimir Gribkov , whose specialties include homemade classic Russian such as Pelmeni, soups as Borsch and Solyanka. aspic, Ukrainian salt-cured salo and classic Russian Julienne with mushrooms and sour cream to name a few. Other ethnic delicacies include our famous Beef Stroganoff, healthy Kasha porridges and sumptuous red and black caviar served with blinis. You can also order one of the tempting dishes from our special brick oven menu, which are slow-cooked over a wood fire and served piping hot at your table. Enjoy your favorite beer or wine with your meal, or choose from our full bar menu, which, of course, includes Russian vodkas!
