We’ve spent months perfecting our entire matcha lineup, including major upgrades to our previous menu favorites. The Shizuoka Series is just the first step of a major transformation coming your way. Every cup is now made with upgraded, premium matcha, offering a richer taste and smoother texture.

Introducing the Trio:
🌿 Double Shizuoka: Our richest, most intense matcha flavor for the true purist.
☁️ Coco Cloud: A refreshing base of pure coconut water topped with a smooth, dense layer of premium matcha foam.

The final test pours are done. 🍵 Tomorrow at 10 AM, we are officially changing the standard for matcha in North Austin. No grassy aftertaste, no shortcuts—just pure Shizuoka umami and perfect layers.

Meet the Trio:
🌼 The Osmanthus: Earthy ceremonial matcha meets sophisticated floral Osmanthus.
🍵 The Double Shizuoka: For the purists. Matcha latte topped with thick matcha foam.
🥥 The Coco Cloud: The Hero. Premium matcha layered over crisp, chilled coconut water.

We could have stuck with standard “cafe grade” matcha. It’s cheaper. It’s easier. But we obsessed over 15 different ceremonial batches until we found the one with absolutely zero bitterness. 🍵🔬

The secret isn’t sugar; it’s the science. We pulled the lab data to prove it. By sourcing a Shizuoka harvest with a 1.9% Amino Acid profile and 4.5% Nitrogen, we bypassed the astringent “grass” taste and unlocked pure, creamy umami.

Opening has been the hardest project of my life, but I don’t have a single regret. ☕️

There were days of pure chaos and zero sleep where the “math” just didn’t seem to add up. But I had to believe in myself, say “F it,” and just do it.

You’ll never “find out” what you’re capable of if you’re too afraid to “f around” and take the risk. Stop over-calculating and start building. 📈✨
