Happy 4th of July from all of us at Hi Sign! 🇺🇸🍻

We’ll be closing the taproom early tonight at 8pm, but there’s still plenty of time to come hang with us. We’ll be showing both World Cup games today at 12pm and 4pm with the sound on.

Trying out some ‘To Thee!’ Pilsner malt by in their collaboration with , in our latest batch of Eastside Pilsner which drops next week. This malt is absolutely delicious. Getting some nice light sweets with doughy/bready flavors and sweet cereal. 🥣 🍞

If you’ve not tried our flagship pils lately, it’s been the #1 selling beer in our taproom for 6 straight months since joined our team last year.
