One of the hardest parts of closing our food truck is severing ties with the amazing partners we’ve had over the years! Today we’d like to highlight ! We’ve worked with Twisted Texas for several beautiful years. There have truly been times when their caterings have helped keep us afloat, through the slow times and the hot summers. Their tours are one of the few things that are still Keeping Austin Weird 😉 It isn’t everyday you get to ride in a school bus with a live band! Whether you are an Austin local or just visiting, check them out for unique and fun tours!

We will miss working with y’all and your tour guides and hope our paths will cross again! ❤️

After a lovely 4.5 years at Springdale, we are closing our trailer! Every small business owner has to make choices and we’ve decided it is our time to pivot. But don’t fret, we have some other things cookin’ and our business will continue, in some form, in the future!

We appreciate all of you, especially our regulars, who have given us so much love and support over the years! Y’all are what has made all of the hard work worth it ❤️ While we plan on being open until April 13th, we will likely run out of some food items before then so plan to check us out sooner rather than later! Keep an eye on our IG for updates!

Today is National Potato Chip Day! Did you know that we season and bread every single one of our chicken tenders in-house?? Our breading mix is largely made up of crushed kettle chips, which is what allows our tenders to have such a great crunch! The many, many different potato chip flavors serve as inspiration for our monthly specials. This current month’s special is breaded using Dill Kettle Chips! Come check it out! 😋
