Honored to be a part of this project.

In 2012 I started a YouTube channel. Our mission was simple - to provide as much high quality yoga to as many people as possible, for free.

The experience thus far has taught me so much but above all I’ve affirmed one thing. Yoga is for everyone. ALL types of people, for all flavors, shapes and styles. And the tools of yoga don’t just benefit one part of the self. Yoga tends to the whole self. Your brain. Your body. Your spirit. All of it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I just wrapped a very special collaboration for a very special new project. In 14 days we shot 24 yoga classes and 50 videos over all. Stay tuned for your invitation! I’ll share more in just one month’s time... but for now, chant with me, YOGA FOR ALL. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
