Today we are extending a huge thank you to everyone who has swung through our doors this last year. It’s been a fun one. We can’t thank you enough for showing up in a huge way for this crew.

Tomorrow, we kick off the month of June at Stiles Switch BBQ. With every new month, we feature a new House Made Sausage of the Month. Get by mañana for this one. The 🔥 COUNTRY STYLE KNOCKWURST!
💥 A garlic forward bratwurst style sausage house made and smoked.
💥 50/50 beef & pork blend house ground with bacon. Then we hit it with every garlic in our arsenal: granulated, roasted, raw, and garlic powder with a base of traditional knockwurst spices: mace, allspice, paprika, and white pepper. Served with a side of our house Roasted Garlic Honey Mustard sauce for dipping.

The Pitmaster Cuban is one week in the making. We house brine and smoke our ham. We then slice it deli thin and pile it high with our Smoked Pork Shoulder. Griddle Pressed and served hot with Swiss Cheese, Lance’s Mustard, and Pickles. Includes a side of our homemade French Fries.

We keep in the traditional stuffing with fresh herbs, fresh parmesan cheese, and citrus. It is slow smoked and finished off hot to create a crispy, crunchy outer crust.
