🔥 Employee Spotlight: Meet Andrew Salmon 🔥

We’d like to take a moment to introduce Andrew Salmon, a key part of the Moreno BBQ LLC family. Andrew has been with us since February 2025, and in that time he’s become an essential piece of our operation.

Since October 2025, Andrew has taken the reins here at Moreno Burger Co on our 500-gallon smoker, affectionately known as “Eleanor.” He’s learned the ins and outs of running her the right way—steady, consistent, and with a lot of pride. Thanks to Andrew, Eleanor is firing on all cylinders to bring you our smoked burgers, smoked hot dogs, and smoked wings that keep y’all coming back for more.

Andrew’s dedication behind the scenes helps make sure our customers get the quality and flavor we’re known for every single day. If you’ve enjoyed anything off the smoker, there’s a good chance Andrew had a hand in it.
