Somebody at Sam's always asks what all the milk is for.

I tell them it's for my coffee.

I let that sit a second. Then I hand them a coupon.

Thirteen years of this. Best sales pitch I've got and it takes four seconds.

Most coffee shops around here use super automatic espresso machines.

Why?
Because they’re easy. Easy to train. Easy to get a consistent result—no matter who’s behind the counter.

We don’t.

At Cuppa Austin, we use an espresso machine that actually requires skill. The kind where the barista—not the machine—determines how good your drink is.

That’s why every one of our baristas has 5+ years of experience.

It’s harder. It takes longer to learn. And yes—it’s more work.

But the result is simple:

👉 A better cup of coffee.

And here’s what surprises people…
Even without a super automatic espresso machine, our lines often move faster than shops that use them.

Why?

Because experience beats automation.

If you want fast and average, you’ve got plenty of choices.

If you want it done right—
Cuppa Austin. ☕
