It was a hot one in Rosemount at Grill Your ACE Off. We kept our cool and delivered a 1st place rib box! We had a great time with the people's choice as well as we sold out all of our ribs and our mystery treat...bacon wrapped sandwich cookies with The Warden dusted on top. They were a hit! Congrats to all the teams who heard their name called! We're off for a couple weeks before we're back at it in Frost, MN.

We're all set up for Grill Your Ace Off in Rosemount, MN. Hopefully we can add some hardware to our collection today!

Ribs along with a secret treat will be ready at 1:30 for public tasting. Come out and see us!

We're a little behind in our posts but we had to share a bit after a phenomenal fundraiser last weekend!

Thanks to generosity of our friends, family and neighbors we were able to raise $6,295 to donate to the CHARGE Foundation in memory of our sweet little Logan. We greatly appreciate everyone who came to help setup/prep and those who came to enjoy the company and food while we celebrated Logan!

Huge thanks to Sassy Smoke BBQ and Big Racks Barbecue as well as Hormel Foods for donating pork butts for our fundraiser. Also a huge thanks to Lynn Marty for all the amazing desserts!

We know Logan made sure the weather cooperated so we could have an amazing day with everyone!
