We are sad to announce that Oakmont Food Company will be permanently closing its doors after service on Sunday, June 2, 2024.
Opening during the beginning of the COVID pandemic in July 2020, Gary Della Croce’s final project faced unforeseen challenges within the restaurant industry. Gary and team were still able to deliver a space that the Austin Community has enjoyed and will continue to be celebrated in its next chapter.
Over the last four years, Oakmont Food Company has felt strong support from our surrounding community, both businesses and families. THANK YOU to all who continued this support through the years. It is clear to us that the community of Austin still has a unique pulse unlike any other. Being part of this is something all of us at Oakmont will forever cherish.
We specifically took great pride in supporting our neighbors in the healthcare industry with multiple charity givebacks during this tough time. The effort and resilience shown by the healthcare industry during this period will always be remembered. We also loved our partnership with the University of Texas Athletic Department, and will miss the opportunity to play a small part by feeding so many dedicated student athletes.
Lastly, we would like to recognize all employees, past and present. Your efforts helped create an environment that was truly enjoyed by the many customers who dined at Oakmont. You are the main reason this decision is so difficult. Thank you!

We are going to open our doors this coming Monday for Memorial Day for an extension of the Brunch weekend!! Hours will be 10am-3pm
