Eggs Benny with a twist. EasyTiger sour dough, apple wood smoked bacon, perfectly poached eggs and a tomato pesto infused hollandaise topped with fresh thyme 🤤😘 your welcome 😂

Happy brunch time!!!! Nothing quite like a nice and simple breakfast quesadilla 😋🤤 I made a bacon egg and cheese topped with vine ripe tomatoes, avocado and cilantro on fresh tortilla. Simple, clean, delicious. Keep an eye out for my new YouTube channel “Two Finger Pinch” where I’ll teach method over recipe for all my soon to be home chefs 😘

New items for the new concept brick and mortar coming soon…. Poke nachos on wonton chips and a sangria made in a French coffee press!! Nachos are tuna, cucumber, avocado in a Thai chili and teriyaki sauce and topped with a wasabi sriracha aioli and spring onions. Coffee press made sangria…. Nuff said 😘😘

In between selling the food truck and opening our brick and mortar I’ve decided to start a YouTube channel called “Two Finger Pinch” where I do fun food items and demonstrate them through method rather than recipe 😁 it will be started in the next few weeks now that I finally have time to work on it 😂 this was our breakfast…. Asiago bread topped with steak and eggs (onion, garlic, Worcester, pesto and mozzarella) then topped with vine ripe tomatoes, avocado and fresh thyme 🤤🤤🤤 amazing 😘
