Everyone needs ice cream, so this summer Wolf and Wheat will be solely focused on our ice cream program. We will have composed cones, a different kind of ice cream experience, we’ve curated certain ice cream flavors with toppings we will be plating in front of you! Our other ice cream flavors will include; burnt vanilla, matcha with okinawa brown sugar, marigold mint chip, raspberries and cream. All of our ice cream is made in house and we don’t use any stabilizers. All ingredients we use are curated, the matcha we sourced directly from Japan from , the marigold we get from along with fig leaves that we toast for the raspberry sorbet in the raspberries and cream. Ice cream flavors will change very frequently, we’re really excited to share this new experience with you.
