Hey ya’ll!

It’s us again! We wanted to thank everyone who supported us on our Fil n Viet Journey! We will be forever grateful for you ♥️

We’re now onto something new! We launched at and boy if you loved our wings, you are going to go crazy over this concept!

East Meets Wings is a chicken wing concept that features South East and East Asian flavors! We also have a variety of sauces from Indonesia, Thai, Philippines, Vietnam, India, Sichuan and we’re working on so much more!

We have been working on this collaboration with and we are very excited to cook for ya’ll again! In this case we get to cook with ya’ll!

Join us on October 24th for a hands-on experience in making steamed Baos together, followed by a delicious 4-course meal prepared using the Baos you made!

We made a decision to close FnV.

Since our humble beginnings in 2020, when we started Fil n Viet from the comfort of our home to the exhilarating moment in March of 2021 when we proudly launched our food truck, this journey has been a labor of love and a true representation of not only our culture but also our marriage.

Everyone’s unwavering support and love have meant the world to us throughout this venture. We are sooo grateful for the connections we've made, the friendships formed, and the memories we've shared over the meals we've served. Your enthusiasm for our cuisine and the stories behind it has fueled our passion every step of the way.

While we say goodbye to Fil n Viet (for now 😉), we are eagerly looking forward to what lies ahead. We have a VERY EXCITING new opportunity, one that we can't wait to share with ya’ll. This will mark the beginning of a new chapter for us.

From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank you for your incredible support, your kind words, and the love you've shown us. This journey wouldn't have been the same without each and every one of you.

Please stay tuned for updates on our upcoming venture. We can't wait to reveal more details!!
