Growing up, for all my school class events my mom will make Funfetti cupcakes, it was easy and delicious. It was my favorite so I was always excited for those. Well we all know I make everything from scratch here at By Ambar Bakershop but I had to recreate my favorite nostalgic Funfetti cupcakes. Here is my Birthday Cake cupcakes! It's almost CNY! And these are the perfect macarons to enjoy and celebrate with friends and family! Little bao macarons filled with vanilla bean custard pastry cream. Inspired by , when I saw them I knew I had to recreate these! Since meeting my boyfriend, I have learned so much about Chinese culture and I love been able to celebrate all his traditions and make yummy desserts that he would love! I hope these can do the same to you and your friends and family!
