Project III returns: a celebration of coffee producers, roasters, and the craft that connects them.
Some of the most remarkable coffee producers in the world work with equally remarkable roasters, each bringing their own experience, philosophy and point of view to the coffees they work with. Project III brings those two sides of the craft together.
Three roasters, each selecting a distinct coffee from the same producer and roasting it in a way that best represents their approach. One producer, three perspectives, and a chance to explore the range and character of their work through three different lenses.
For the next edition, we’re turning our attention to Panama and Ratibor Hartmann, a legend in the coffee world and one of the country’s most influential producers.
MAME in Zurich, Proud Mary in Melbourne, Portland and Austin, and Phil & Sebastian in Calgary have each selected a distinct Geisha from Ratibor and approached it in their own way. Three coffees from one extraordinary producer, brought together in one box.
