I’m craving Chinese food! I grew up in Houston and had access to THE best. Chinese spare ribs, garlic green beans and all the dumpling dim sum offerings. I know my limitations so I’m not attempting dumplings.

I love 99 Ranch and H Mart for their Asian produce and products. Supposedly there are plans for H Mart to open in South Austin. Anyone know?!

Chicken Piccata served over Couscous and Roasted Asparagus with Arugula to be delivered this Wednesday. Along with a quart of Chicken Noodle Soup. Those kiddos are already bringing home illness from school so either eat it fresh and freeze it for another time.

I took a Science of Nutrition class in college and loved it so much. Made a 101. I take that base of knowledge into my research for people’s dietary restrictions.

This meal is for a low histamine diet to help reset and calm her system down. Which is typically from a missing enzyme to help break down histamines. Similar to people with lactose intolerance who are missing the lactase enzyme to break down lactose.

Food is medicine. Food is love. Food is care taking.
