Sweet Caroline's is a locally owned and operated business with multiple Austin locations. New Orleans is the home of snowballs, and we at Sweet Caroline's do our best to provide the same quality snowballs one can find there. We purchase all of our machinery and flavors from local New Orleans businesses. One might ask, “What is a snowball, and how is it different from a snow cone?” Our snowballs ar

e light, fine and fluffy; a dramatic contrast to a granular snow cone... there IS a difference! The famous SnoWizard machine creates ice that absorbs the flavored syrup instead of it draining directly to the bottom of the cup. Our flavors range from the classic bubble gum, cherry and strawberry to the more exotic dill pickle, red velvet cake, and Pink Lady (a New Orleans staple and favorite, consisting of nectar and cream). We offer numerous specials, such as the namesake "Sweet Caroline" and the "Incredible Hulk". Sweet Caroline’s goal is to provide a safe, fun and family-friendly environment where the community can enjoy a snowball and see a familiar face. We strive to provide exceptional service and deliver a high quality product to each and every Austinite we serve.

The Circle C location (5700 W Slaughter Ln) will be opening at 3:15pm Monday thru Friday. This is temporary and we should be back normal hours in a couple weeks.
