…. Come get um place your order soon….The empanada lady is back. I am going to make them on 5/16. I am giving plenty of time for you all to place your order. I am using a different crust it is smaller but crispier. I will charge 4.00 each. I am going to make ground beef and ground chicken with or without cheddar cheese. I will have a mayokechup sauce.

I was asked to cook for Garrett Middle school for International family night. It was amazing. The kids were great and I enjoyed myself. Needless to say, my food was a hit. I made 80 empanadas and a whole bunch of rice as you can see and it was gone in about 30 min. It was such an honor to be asked. Office Miguel is such a nice guy and I’m cooking for his family tomorrow!
