CONGRATS JACOB! — several years ago at just 15 years old, Jacob called Taco Choi looking for food/work experience. On his first day he showed up at one of our busiest events, Top Taco and worked his butt off • Taco Choi was just one stop on his journey. He chased his passion, sharpened his skills in New York, and now he’s serving up one of the best most creative we’ve ever tasted from his own food truck. From day one, he’s been all in — and it shows. 👊🔥

It is with a heavy heart to inform you that Taco Choi will be closing it's doors August 27th. Unfortunately, the restaurant industry is tough, and despite our best efforts, this will be our last couple weeks open. We deeply appreciate the love and support you have showed us the last 2 years and when we had our food truck and would like to give back in our small way.

For the remainder of our time here, if you stop by and ask for "elote gratis" when our Venezuelan friend Dave is working, or "IG/FB free street corn" we will happily give you a free street corn. It's our way of saying thank you for being such an amazing community.
