🎉 Congratulations, Chef Austin! 🎉

We’re excited to celebrate Chef Austin on his well-deserved promotion!

Chef has been part of the OHM family for five years, beginning his journey as an Assistant Banquet Director at Embassy Suites Denton before taking the lead at Jackdaw here in Denver, where he has spent the last four years building and leading the culinary team.

With a career rooted in the kitchen and experience across a variety of culinary styles, Chef brings a passion for creativity, teamwork, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. One of his favorite parts of the job is connecting with guests and hearing their feedback. Something that continues to inspire his approach to food and hospitality.

As he steps into this new role, Chef is excited to bring his creativity with some fresh ideas and menu changes coming in the months ahead. While guests can look forward to some new things, the commitment to quality food, great service, and a memorable experience will remain at the heart of what we do.
