Juan worked his way up the ladder throughout his culinary career; splitting his time between California and most of all in Colorado, where he has ran multiple restaurants. Carlos learned from his father at a young age and has over 10 years of culinary experience himself. Part of that experience coming from his time at Johnson and Wales University where he studied culinary arts. Living in Aurora fo
