Summer en Ollin ☀️🌿☕️

As the days get longer, we're creating more opportunities to gather, learn, watch films, play games, build community, and imagine a different future together.

This summer we'll be launching new recurring programming, including a Kid's Film Series, Cafetzin Con Juegos Board Game Nights, Liberatory Ethnic Studies sessions, and community study groups alongside the workshops, music, and community events you always get to enjoy from Ollin.

We'll also be shifting to new summer hours to create more space for these gatherings and for our community to make Ollin a home away from home.

Whether you're looking for a place to study, bring your family, meet new people, learn some history, watch a film, or simply enjoy a good cup of coffee, we hope you'll join us this summer.

Join us Tuesday evening for a community board game night at Ollin Cafetzin. We’ll have games out, drinks flowing, and space to connect, laugh, compete, and unwind together.
Bring your people or come solo and meet new folks. We’ll have a mix of classic games, strategy games, and even a couple inspired by Precolumbian traditions. Feel free to bring your own favorites too.
Whether you’re ultra competitive or just trying to sip cafecito and vibe, all experience levels are welcome.

We’re kicking off Mando Monday with a Star Wars & Mandalorian Trivia Night ahead of the new era of Mandalorian stories! Come through in costume, bring your crew, and test your knowledge of the galaxy far, far away.

Expect themed drinks, deep cuts, and conversations about rebellion, empire, culture, and resistance through the lens of Star Wars.

Every artist, elder, neighbor, vendor, organizer, student, and regular who has walked through our doors has become part of ourstory.

As first-time business owners, we have learned that our greatest form of capital has been social and cultural capital. Six months later, we are continously learning, and building.

A full weekend (and Monday evening) of community gatherings, music, youth mental health work, astrology, and revolutionary conversation.

The cafe will be open during regular weekend hours as well, with a cool, cozy space for you and your people to read, study, catch up, or settle in with something iced.

Iced lattes, firme energy drinks, iskiate, cold brew, matcha and more will be flowing all weekend!
