Today is the day you have been asking about!

SMOKED PORK STEAK!!!! So tender you can cut it with a fork! No knife needed. They are 1 1/4 inches thick and melt in your mouth.

Beginning at 4pm today we will have our smoked pork steak dinners. This will be a special tonight and tomorrow night until sold out. If we sell out tonight they will not be available tomorrow night.

It is also Fish Friday! Whole catfish or filets!

We had some special guests over the weekend. I am sorry we missed them!

Thank you Pam for choosing us! This must have been a very positive experience to stay in touch with them all these years.

We were at your place last night for dinner. We brought our foreign exchange student from Mexico who is now a grown woman with a grown son! They loved the meal and so did we!! Sadie was our waitress and was phenomenal and was kind enough to take our picture.

Pretty cool story!

Happy 4th of July! May you all have a safe and fun day celebrating this great nation that we live in!

Our barbecue is very limited today due to two record days the last 2 days and other obligations that did not allow us to smoke today. We have no ribs or pulled pork available today. We do have porky bites, sausage with jalapeño and smoked chicken breast. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We do have all of our regular menu items available today.
