Meredith, thank you so much for visiting SUEA and for taking the time to share such kind words. Your post truly means more to me than you may realize. ❤️
SUEA is a small business built from a very personal dream. As someone who came from Thailand, I wanted to create a place where I could share the fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and dishes that remind me of home with the people of Augusta. There is still so much of Thai cuisine that I hope to introduce to this community, and it makes me incredibly happy when someone discovers something here that they love especially our traditional Thai Tea! 😊🇹🇭
Running a small restaurant downtown has certainly come with challenges, from the ongoing construction to finding enough people to join our team. Some days you may even see me greeting guests, running food, helping tables, or doing whatever needs to be done. But I believe deeply in what we are building, and I am not giving up on this dream.
To everyone who may discover SUEA - เสือ because of Meredith’s post, I hope you will come visit us and allow us to share a little taste of Thailand with you. We prepare our food with care, and we will always do our best to give you a wonderful experience. If there are ever moments when service takes a little longer than expected, especially during our busiest times, I sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
Meredith, thank you not only for supporting SUEA, but for using your voice to remind people to support all of the small businesses that continue showing up for Downtown Augusta. That kind of support can make a much bigger difference than people realize.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting my little dream. I hope to welcome you back to SUEA very soon.. and yes, we’ll have that Thai Tea waiting for you! ❤️🐯🇹🇭
