We are Augusta's award-winning local coffee roaster, providing freshly roasted specialty coffee to area restaurants, coffee shops and caterers and direct to consumers. We have three coffee bars, specializing in hand-crafted coffee and espresso drinks, house-made syrups, sandwiches and pastries. Give it up for the inaugural Augusta Coffee Collective Latte Art Champion Chelsea Peterson! We are SO proud of her!! The judges confirmed what we all know - she is a latte art master! Congrats to all 16 competitors, including our own Central Avenue morning barista Mary Clay, from area coffee shops. Edna and Jessica from Trellis Coffee Bar took second and third.
There are too many people and companies to thank in one post so we will be sharing over the next few days. We will start with Goat Kick Coffee for hosting the event.
Best of all, we raised money and awareness for Bridge Builder Communities and the issues facing foster kids after they age out of the system.

Something special is brewing in the CSRA ☕

For the first time, local craft coffee shops across Augusta, GA and North Augusta, SC are coming together as the Augusta Coffee Collective — a collaboration built to elevate coffee culture, celebrate local baristas, and create meaningful community impact.

We’re kicking things off with a Latte Art Throw Down on June 6 at Goat Kick Coffee Co. in Evans, GA.

Baristas from across the area will compete, connect, and show off their craft — all while helping raise funds for Bridge Builder Communities 🏠
