UPDATE!!

Augusta, you’ve truly shown up and showed out these past few days. I’m beyond grateful for all the love you’ve given us. Today, Saturday, June 28th, 2025, will be our last day of business. I wish we could open for one final Sunday, but we just won’t have any food left to serve. Honestly, that’s a blessing in itself.

I want to take a moment to set the record straight.
Our lease isn’t ending.
We didn’t run out of money.
And no, we weren’t pushed out by other crab spots in town. The truth is, my best friend and the majority owner of this location passed away unexpectedly. That loss hit us hard. I didn’t share more at the time because it was just too much to process. If you’ve heard any details, I ask that you please keep them private out of respect for his family and our staff.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for 9 incredible years of business. Seeing your posts, reading your kind words, and reliving memories through your photos has filled me with so much gratitude. Much love and respect to my fellow crab restaurant owners and employees. I wish you all continued success and I’ll be out to support you soon. We’ll be open today until 9:30 PM. If you have time, stop by and say hello. I’d love to meet you.

Kindness is FREE, and it’s so sad to see so many people laughing at the downfall of others. We may not have been perfect but my partners, employees, and I tried our best. We are all human at the end of the day. We are going through a very difficult time. There is only so much that I’m willing to share on social media. Please respect our privacy. What I said in my original post still stands. I’m proud and grateful for these last nine years. I just wanted to have one last hoorah and thank the community for the love yall have showed over the years. If you are being ugly and negative, I pray that you find peace in whatever is causing you to have so much hate in your heart.

It’s with a heavy heart that I regret to inform you that we are closing our doors permanently due to unforseen circumstances. Our last day of business will be this Sunday the 29th of June. It has been a pleasure to serve this city, and we are so grateful for 9 successful years of business. You all will always hold a special place in our hearts. I will be here for the remainder of our operating hours, and would love to see any customers regulars or not one last time. So come in, have some signature Juicy special, and tell me a story.
