Employee Spotlight: Bryan

Bryan is originally from Aiken, SC and has been a part of the Frog Hollow Tavern team for about a month now as a bartender, bringing 23 years of bartending experience with him!

He says his favorite part about working here is the quality of the food, the professionalism of the staff, and the support he receives from management.

🍸 When it comes to cocktails, Bryan’s current favorite is the Apple of My Pie! He also recommends checking out the Amaro selection behind the bar for something new to try.

🍽️ His favorite dish on the menu right now is the Braised Pork Shoulder, and when he’s not at Frog Hollow, you can find him enjoying the food and drinks at TacoCat!

Outside of work, Bryan loves watching bad movies and eating wings. He also has an 18 year old daughter who is studying to become a teacher. He’s proud of her and loves spending time with her!

Looking ahead, Bryan’s goal is simple: to keep thriving and enjoying life!

⭐️ Employee Spotlight: Kya ⭐️

Kya has been part of the Frog Hollow Tavern team for a month as one of our servers!

Originally from Texas, Kya has called Augusta home for the past 6 years. One of her favorite parts about working here is the welcoming environment. She loves being surrounded by people who are kind, helpful, and always willing to teach her something new!

With 3 years of experience in hospitality, Kya loves meeting new people and learning about different cultures through the dishes they share.

When she’s not at work, Kya enjoys swimming and spending time with her family. 🏊‍♀️

Fun fact: Kya can say the alphabet backward! 🔤

Outside of work, Kya is currently studying sonography and hopes to work with children in the future, inspired by her sister’s heart journey.

🍽️ If you’re looking for her recommendations, Kya’s go to favorites are the Joyce Farms’ Chicken and the Peach Buckle for dessert!

Kya is excited to continue growing, learning, and being part of the Frog Hollow Tavern team.
