THE FRENCH ONION SOUP BAGEL IS BACK.

Our cozy little bowl of soup has officially been transformed into a bagel — with French onion cream cheese, melty mozzarella, and caramelized onions all baked together until bubbly, golden, and ridiculously delicious.

Basically, French onion soup… but make it Sand Hill.

And yes, we have a feeling these are going to disappear FAST.

A little downtown deliciousness!

We’re teaming up with our downtown friends at Merkaba Sol for a monthly chocolate collab! Because apparently, bagels and chocolate were just meant to be friends.

Each month, we’ll be featuring a new flavor, and September’s chocolate is SEA SALT CARAMEL!

Available in both milk chocolate and dark chocolate, these little beauties are the perfect sweet treat to grab with your bagel (or, let’s be honest, to eat before you even leave the shop).

We love partnering with our downtown neighbors and giving you even more reasons to shop local!

Meet the Dolly!

This week we are paying tribute to the legend Dolly Parton with a bagel inspired by one of her favorite sweet treats — BANANA PUDDING!

We’re layering all the banana pudding goodness into a bagel, complete with creamy banana pudding cream cheese with banana chunks & vanilla wafers all on a bagel brushed with our signature banana syrup and vanilla cookie crumble.

And because Dolly has always believed in the power of a good book and helping kids discover the joy of reading, $1 from every Banana Pudding Bagel sold will be donated to the Lithgow Library in her honor.

So while Dolly may have been working 9 to 5, we’ll be working 7 to 2 — and serving up banana pudding bagels all week long.
