Heavenly Father,

As I step into another year of life, I come before You with a grateful heart. Thank You for every lesson, every blessing, every closed door that protected me, and every open door that reminded me that Your plans are greater than my fears.

Lord, continue healing me, strengthening me, and drawing me closer to You. Help me release anything that no longer serves the woman You are calling me to become. Protect my peace, guide my decisions, and surround me with love that is honest, healthy, and intentional. Allow me to walk boldly in joy without fear, guilt, or hesitation.

I place Just Fork It in Your hands. Thank You for taking a dream that once sat in my parents’ driveway and carrying it farther than I could have imagined. Bless this business with abundance, longevity, favor, and purpose. Send the right opportunities, clients, partnerships, and people. Give me the wisdom to recognize what is meant for me and the courage to walk away from what is not.

Bless every meal we prepare, every person we serve, and every hand that helps carry this vision. Let this business continue to provide for my family, inspire others, and serve as proof that faith, hard work, and obedience can turn a dream into a legacy.

As I celebrate my birthday, I do not ask for a life without challenges. I ask for the strength to face them, the wisdom to grow through them, and the faith to trust You through it all. May this new chapter bring peace to my heart, clarity to my mind, love into my home, and overflow into my business.

I pray that the best years of my life are still ahead of me—and that everything coming will be greater than anything I had to leave behind.

I struggled to sleep last night.

Sometimes the weight of owning a business just gets heavy. I laid there thinking… what’s next? What if the phone stops ringing? What if the opportunities don’t come?

After 10 years, you’d think I’d have more faith than fear.

I’ve cried over this business, fought for it, sacrificed for it, wanted to quit, prayed over it and somehow kept showing up.

And every single time I’ve wondered what’s next, God has opened another door.

So maybe faith isn’t about never being scared. Maybe it’s being scared and still trusting Him.

I don’t know what’s next for me or Just Fork It, but I know who got me this far.

God, I trust You with whatever comes next. ❤️🙏🏼

If you know me, you know my dreams and my goals… because I say them OUT LOUD to anyone who will listen. 😂 I say them out loud to myself. I pray about them. I believe in them before I can even see them.

Some people call it manifestation. I call it faith with intention. 🙏🏼✨

I manifested my place in the food truck world long before I knew exactly how I was going to get there. I manifested success when my business desperately needed a turnaround. I spoke about where I wanted to go even during the seasons when everything around me looked like it was going in the opposite direction.

But I also know none of it happens without God.

God opens the doors. God closes the ones I have no business walking through. God puts the right people in my path, changes the timing, redirects me, and aligns the stars.

I just keep believing, praying, working, and speaking those dreams into existence.

And if you know me right now, you already know the next one because I probably told you about it. 😂🇵🇷

Our 4-year plan: Puerto Rico. Full time. 🌴

I’m going to keep saying it. Keep praying about it. Keep working toward it. Keep picturing the life we’re building there.

God aligns the stars… I just make those stars shine a little brighter through manifestation. ✨

Save your fork.

It may seem like an ordinary utensil, but a fork carries a powerful message.

At many family dinners, when the plates were being cleared, someone would say, “Keep your fork.” It meant one thing…

Dessert is coming. The best is yet to come.

That simple phrase has become a beautiful reminder for life.

A fork represents the choices we make at every fork in the road. It reminds us that even when one chapter ends, another begins. It symbolizes gathering around the table, sharing meals, creating memories, and finding connection with the people we love.

Most of all, it reminds us to have hope.

No matter what season you’re in today, don’t lose sight of what’s ahead. Sometimes the sweetest blessings come after the hardest moments.
