The Green Ladle Cafe located within Edward Little High School (Auburn, ME) is excited to announce our first POP-UP cafe day in collaboration with THE CHEESY SKILLET on Friday, December 6th!

The Cheesy Skillet will be hosting a limited menu with their fan favorites! Owner, Chef Dan Caron and Operations Manager, Dustin Caron, will be working alongside with our Green Ladle Cafe students. This presents a fantastic opportunity for our students to gain live work opportunities within the cafe.

Cafe seating is limited by reservation - please email Justine Burns at [email protected] to reserve dining room seating.

CARSIDE TO-GO is available.

💫All orders will be available for pick-up Carside to-go at the ELHS gym entrance at your selected time. Cafe open 10:45am till 12:45pm.

Thank you all for a such a busy day yesterday!

Due to restocking we will be closed today Wednesday, the 13th and will re-open Thursday, the 14th at 11:00 AM.
We look forward to the YWCA Benefit Day on Thursday. 10% of all proceeds will be donated to the YWCA!
