It's been awhile, but the meat is cooking, and this could possibly be my last time. As I was getting things ready last night and carrying the meat this morning the pain in my back was really bad, and it hurts to walk after doing all the setup, cooking and cleanup. I know I've said it before but the cooker and other supplies are for sale, if you or know someone that maybe interested pm me.

I have made the difficult decision that it is time to sell my trailer!! Just don't have the time to do it like I did. I will still do weddings and graduation parties if I'm not busy with work!! I've been overwhelmed by all the love and support by so many people and my wife, over the years of doing this!! And I cant thank you all enough!!! It's been fun. PM me for details.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I cancelled all of my catering events until further notice. With my crazy busy full time work schedule I just can't keep doing it. My full time job is my #1 priority and what takes care of my family. I want to thank everyone that has supported me all these years, without you none of this would be possible. I will miss seeing all my regular customers!

I will be at the Auburn Elks Lodge #1978 on Friday August 14th, for an open to the public night starting at 5:30. If you would like to stay and see Hubie Ashcroft, tickets will be on sale soon for $10 per person. Looking forward to seeing you all there.
