The Burien Wild Strawberry Festival this Saturday and Sunday. It's going to be a great event. Even better with some Italian Ice!

Set up at Tastin' N' Racin today. We were truly blessed by Craig, the event director. This guy had a top quality, hard core, Canopy, with side walls already set up for us and ready to go. The Power was ready to use. Awesome. Well tomorrow kicks off the event, too bad I won't be there. I will by in Olympia at the Pride Parade and Festival, so we are literally all spread out all over WA this weekend.

This weekend, catch Fabulous Italian Ice at Tastn' N' Racin' in Issaquah and The Olympia Pride Festival and Parade. What a busy weekend this will be. Hopefully we have some sunshine. Some new flavors will be coming out this weekend. Pina Colada, Sour Green Apple, and Nurdle (Bubble Gum w/ Sour Candy) YUM!

Spending time on the Internet all night, browsing through blogs and Q&A sites I learned something interesting about the Seattle/Puget Sound Area and that is this:

There are two types of people living in WA State. Those that used to live in New Jersey and can't find Italian Ice in WA, and those that are Native WA, and don't know they are supposed to be looking for it. How will I ever solve this dilemma?

It has been a busy, busy week for me, and I have not been able to set up shop at Crown Catering last week. Hopefully I can set up a few days out of the week for this upcoming week. Looking at the Othello Public Market which is open Weds-Suns. So if your near MLK and Othello in Seattle, Your in for a treat. I will keep everybody updated.
