Hello Friends,
It’s hard to fathom that it has been 6 years since the dark days of Covid shut our doors. But I am happy to share some exciting news! I have given my blessing to some dear friends to use The Little Belgium Menu to re-launch their Tap House at Rebellion Brewing so that the community can enjoy the food they are missing! While I will not be directly involved I will be training and consulting to get them going and as needed. It was always my intention to find a new building and re-open but I just can’t commit the time needed and want to spend that time with my family. I have been training again with my son at Bennati’s Martial Arts next to the Brewery and that plus work is where I’ve chosen to focus my time and energy. I do look forward to seeing many of you and catching up as a fellow customer. More posts are soon to follow from The Rebellion Crew about timelines and fun weekly events.
