SS. Peter & John Soup Kitchen at the Red Door

SS. Peter & John Soup Kitchen at the Red Door Soup Kitchen in Auburn NY
We make sure no one in Auburn NY goes hungry. All are welcome! Community volunteers gather together to prepare and serve the meals.

The Soup Kitchen independently operates out of the Saints Peter and John Parish House at 169 Genesee Street, Auburn, NY ("the church with the red door"). We work closely with the CNY Food Bank, CAP, local restaurants, grocers, bakeries and farmers to obtain donations of food. We are an independent 501 (c)(3) organization and cash donations are very much appreciated! If you would like to make a donation, please use this link and be sure to select the soup kitchen. Thank you! https://tithe.ly/give_new/www/ #/tithely/give-one-time/937483?widget=1
Saints Peter and John Soup Kitchen serves approximately 180 free lunches every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. We need volunteers!!! Please consider a regular volunteering gig!! Volunteers are needed between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. for meal preparation, serving and cleanup; however, if you cannot be there for the entire period, our greatest need is between 9 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Meals are served between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. If you can commit to one or more of these days, especially on a regular basis, we would be so grateful!!
