Over the years, tales of the exotic and elusive The Monkey Cat have circulated around the world. Details about

this amazing creature have varied, but what they all have in common are descriptions of The Monkey Cat's piercing green eyes. The legend also tells about a great wildlife explorer, who spent a lifetime trying to locate and capture this elusive and prized animal. His search took him from Bombay to Africa and Indonesia to South America. Despite a few near captures, The Monkey Cat always was able to slip away ~ until it was finally found right here in Auburn, CA.

We’ll be closing early at 3:30 PM this Thursday, September 3rd as we welcome Sammie & Josh and their family and friends for their rehearsal dinner. 💍✨

We’re honored to be a small part of such a special evening and wish the soon-to-be newlyweds a lifetime of love and happiness! 🥂

We’ll be open for lunch as usual beginning at 11:30 AM, so come see us before we close for the celebration. 🐈💚

MONKEY CAT CRIBBAGE NIGHT is officially happening! 🐈💚

Join us Wednesday, September 9 for our very first Cribbage Night!

♠️ Only 20 player spots available
🕠 Check-in: 5:30–6:00 PM
🃏 Games begin: 6:00 PM
🏆 5 rounds + championship/tiebreaker if needed
🎁 Winner receives a $25 Monkey Cat Gift Card + bragging rights as our Cribbage Night Champion!

No buy-in. All skill levels welcome! Players should have a basic understanding of cribbage, but you definitely don’t need to be an expert.

Come early, grab some dinner and drinks, and get ready for a little friendly competition. 🍔🍸🃏

Spots are limited to 20 players and reservations are required.
